2. Nature and Scope of Services
Reiki is a complementary therapy intended to support relaxation and general wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
The practitioner does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide medical or psychological advice. Reiki services are provided solely as a complementary wellness practice.
Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical care where required.

3. Informed Consent
By booking and attending a session, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of Reiki and voluntarily consent to receive this service.
Reiki may involve light touch or hands positioned above the body. Clients may request a no-touch session at any time.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Outcomes from Reiki sessions vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. No specific results or outcomes are promised.

5. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Disclose any relevant physical or mental health conditions prior to their session
- Take full responsibility for their own wellbeing and decisions following a session

6. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are made via our online booking system, including Acuity Scheduling.
Full payment (or agreed payment method) is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
- Clients may request to reschedule within 24 hours, subject to availability and approval.
- Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.

8. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours)
- Missed appointments
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill.

By making a booking, you also agree to:

11. Limitation of Liability
