Reiki Sessions

• Located on Porter Street, Ryde.

• Full address and directions will be sent via email before session.

• Wear clothing that is comfortable for you.

• I will personally meet you at the entrance and guide you to my Reiki space.

• We will discuss your intention and focus for the session (it's OK if you don't know what that is in the moment, this will become clear during conversation and being present).

• I will invite you to lie down on my reiki table and I'll ensure you are feeling comfortable (knee bolster, blanket or sarong laid over you, eye pillow, any areas of the body that are sensitive or concerning you).

• Once you are ready and comfortable I will begin the session.

• I use light hand placements on your body throughout the session (I will be careful of your personal space).

• You may request a no-touch session at any time.

• As your healing will be intuitive to you, I may also use crystals and sound healing techniques.

• When the session ends, I will softly use sound and my voice to let you know (take your time here!)

• I’ll offer you water and help you ground yourself as you leave the reiki table.

• If you wish, sharing and guidance will be provided to reflect on the session (highly encouraged to truly gain the most from your session!)

• Find a comfortable, quiet space before our session.

• We will connect via private link video call.

• We will discuss your intention and focus for the session (it's OK if you don't know what that is in the moment, this will become clear during conversation and being present).

• Once you are ready and comfortable, I will begin the session.

• I will be channeling energy during the video call to you.

• As your healing will be intuitive to you, I may also use crystals and sound healing techniques.

• When the session ends, I will softly use sound and my voice to let you know (take your time here!)

• I’ll encourage you to drink water and help you ground yourself after the session.

• If you wish, sharing and guidance will be provided to reflect on the session (highly encouraged to truly gain the most from your session!)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. Nature and Scope of Services

Reiki is a complementary therapy intended to support relaxation and general wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

The practitioner does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide medical or psychological advice. Reiki services are provided solely as a complementary wellness practice.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical care where required.

3. Informed Consent

By booking and attending a session, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of Reiki and voluntarily consent to receive this service.

Reiki may involve light touch or hands positioned above the body. Clients may request a no-touch session at any time.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Outcomes from Reiki sessions vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. No specific results or outcomes are promised.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete information

- Disclose any relevant physical or mental health conditions prior to their session

- Take full responsibility for their own wellbeing and decisions following a session

6. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are made via our online booking system, including Acuity Scheduling.

Full payment (or agreed payment method) is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

- Clients may request to reschedule within 24 hours, subject to availability and approval.

- Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for:

- Change of mind

- Late cancellations (within 24 hours)

- Missed appointments

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

All personal information and client records are handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Your information will:

- Be stored securely

- Only be used for the purpose of providing services

- Not be shared without your consent unless required by law

10. Third-Party Booking Platform

Bookings are processed through Acuity Scheduling.

By making a booking, you also agree to:

- Acuity’s terms of use and privacy policies

- The collection and storage of your information via this third-party platform

By submitting information through Acuity Scheduling, you consent to the collection and storage of your personal information via this third-party platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under Australian law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and apply to all future bookings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
